Hey Y'all! My name is Christina Rutledge. I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Certified Birth Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator through BirthWorks International. I am also an Army wife and a mother to 3 young kings in training. I have been helping families with birth and breastfeeding since I had my first son in 2013. I started A Mother's Journey to be a one stop shop for families, to be able to receive support from pregnancy, to birth, breastfeeding , and beyond. It is always such an honor to be able to support my families during a very intimate time and major transition in their lives.
